Ordering and Shipping Information:

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via the cheapest and best way - UPS, freight, or mail. We do not inflate shipping charges - at National Mo-Parts. We charge you the same amount we are charged to ship the item.

However, some items (glass, engines, large items, fragile items) may require special packaging for shipping and may be subject to a packaging charge. We will notify you of any special packaging charges prior to shipping your order.

In Stock Parts:

Most orders, except those requiring special packaging, are filled and shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays).

Back Ordered Parts:

You will be notified by return email if a part is not in stock. You may choose to cancel the out-of-stock part order, or place it on back order. If placed on backorder, the part will automatically be shipped to you within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays)of National Moparts receiving it.

Special Order Parts:

Any special order parts will be shipped within 48 hours (except weekends and holidays) of National Moparts receiving them. Special order parts may be subject to a deposit requirement - call or email us for details.

Please Note:

All used parts are inspected and tested, and all engine parts are checked for cracks and flaws, and all date code numbers are recorded prior to shipping.

Shipping Damage:

Any items damaged in transit, are the responsibility of the shipping company. You must contact the shipping company immediately to notify them of the damage. Once they have made the necessary compensation to National Moparts, your order will be re-shipped.

Pricing:

All parts availability and prices are subject to change without notice.

Taxes:

- All taxes are charged as required.
- Canadian residents add 7% G.S.T.
- Ontario residents add 7% G.S.T. plus 8% P.S.T.
- Canadian East Coast Provinces (that start with letter "N") add 15% HST

Payment Methods:

Credit Cards

We accept Visa and Master Card. Your credit card will be charged only when your parts are shipped or for any deposit that has been agreed upon with you.

Personal Cheques:

We do accept personal cheques. However, all orders are held until the cheque has cleared the bank. This can take up to 30 days for out of country cheques.

Money Orders/Bank Drafts :

We accept money orders or bank drafts.

C.O.D.

We will ship C.O.D. only within Canada.

Parts Return Policy:

We accept returned parts under the following conditions;

- you must call us or email us for return instructions and authorization.

- a copy of the original invoice or invoice number must be provided for authorization

- if we have shipped the wrong part, National Moparts will pay for return shipping and no restocking charge will apply.

- if a returned part is the result of customer error, it may be subject to a 10% restocking charge. Return shipping costs shall be at the expense of the customer (unless otherwise authorized by us).

- the part must be in it's original condition (as sent to you), unused if it is a new part, in it's original package if it is a NOS part and fully working if it is a used part.

- special ordered parts are not returnable without special permission and authorization. National Moparts reserves the right to refuse this permission and authorization. Contact us first before assuming it cannot be returned.

- electrical parts are non- returnable, non-refundable. They are all tested before shipping.

Parts Warranty:

- All parts, except for electrical parts, are warranted for a period of 30 days from date of shipping.
- There is no warranty on electrical parts.
- Please call or email us with any warranty request prior to returning the part.

Privacy Policy:

We use any information received from our customers strictly for communications between the client and National Mo-Parts Inc. or it's authorized agent. Periodically we may send information to our clients regarding promotional or other interesting information. We do not distribute, sell, lease or provide the information to any other parties. If you wish to be removed from our mailing list please send us an email with your request, and your name will be removed. If you have a friend who would like to be added to our mailing list, they can simply email us and their email address will be added to our list. We would be happy to hear from them.
